To make changes to an existing order, you must contact our Customer Support Centre giving details of the changes required. If the order has not been despatched we will endeavour to make the necessary changes you require.

If you are waiting for an item which has currently not been released, we will hold your order and despatch the item as soon as it is available. Payment will not be charged until your item/s have been despatched. Time schedules for product items within the trade are difficult to predict, and we would ask for your patience when waiting for future releases.
