item will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. We shall be under
no obligation to fulfil and order for a product which was

endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as is as

Availability of products is not guaranteed and lead times on the

Dispatching of items under the delivery services we use are not

we will do our utmost to ensure estimated delivery times are kept.

delivery of items ordered or any other matters to the extent that
the delay is due to events outside reasonable control. Goods will
be sent to the address given by you in your order, as stated in
your order confirmation. Due to stock availability, multiple
deliveries may take place in order to fulfil your entire order
Title to items ordered will pass to you once SuperMarket.com has
received payment in full for that item. Risk in any item ordered
will pass upon delivery to you.
