A - Use our Customer Support Centre to inform us of the
reason and details of the item you wish to return.
B - You will be sent a Returns Authorisation Email
containing an RMA number. This will include details of where to
send your package, along with any further instructions. ALL
returned goods MUST be accompanied by a RMA number - returned goods
will not be accepted without one. (See section C).
C - ModelSupermarket.com cannot accept liability for
packages damaged whilst in transit due to inadequate packaging. It
is your responsibility to package items in the correct manner to
prevent possible damage. We would ask that you use the same
packaging in which the item was sent, and that your RMA number is
displayed on the package. DO NOT write directly on the
manufacturers packaging. Any defacement of the manufacturers
packaging or damaged caused by inadequate packaging may result in
the rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee at
ModelSupermarket.com’s discretion.
D - You are advised to send your package via recorded
delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for
their full value.
E - You must include the invoice inside the box along with a
printed copy of your Returns Authorisation Email.
Subject to the goods being returned within 14 days of delivery,
testing and verification of the alleged fault, we will accept the
returned defective goods for either full refund or replacement at
our discretion.
